To second chances...

In recent months, with life being more depressing than I honestly could handle... I begged for a second chance... A chance to make myself worth someone’s time. I’ve lost so many friends, and I have no reason to think it’s not my fault. Someone once told me that if everyone seems to hate you, maybe you are the asshole. So yeah.

Anyway, I’m sorry for everyone I’ve pissed off, triggered, offended, and even disagreed with. I probably looked like the greatest prick ever.

A second chance was granted to me, I got an apartment, and I got my dream career. Life is finally turning around for me. A new start.

The new job calls for less Internet fun (but so much money!), and as far as my monthly updates go, I have reached the point where I can start spreading them out...probably every other month or quarterly. I mean, my life isn’t the nightmare I cannot escape from anymore. I still have bad days (today being one of them), but at least they’re becoming less frequent.

You’ll still see me here and there late nights and weekends (and at OppoMeet!!!), but otherwise, you’re not going to be seeing me around 25 hours a day, 365 :(

But I’ll still be popping in and out when I can...for however long Kinja has left. And again, sorry...

Idk, I was in such a weird emotional place yesterday (and today, to an extent), diving into my memories, wondering what happened here and there.

I do know that growing my online presence has had A LOT to do with my stresses of the past months, but at least I won’t have to worry a whole lot about that anymore.

I intend on spending less time on the net and enjoying more fun with life, getting back to loving life!

Yep! First thing on the list is that dying wheel bearing, then the belt that squeals when wet, and so forth. Not much else keeping it from soldiering on to 200k, and I only owe $3k on it anyway.

I’ve got a wheel bearing making some hilarious noises. I would turn up the music louder, but the CD player and cassette deck are broken and the install kit for my Pioneer isn’t here yet XD

Looking at getting a next-gen Smart when they come out (or are they out already)?

How far have you driven on that bearing? I mean, I know no case will ever be the same, but I have roughly 4k on the dying bearing and it’s making a deafening roar...like louder than my speakers on max. Plus, there are occasional unexplained vibrations in the wheel too.

The next gen smart definitely is on my horizon! However, there are many things (hormones for Miss Tesla, furnishing the apt, emergency fund, etc) that have to come first before I can upgrade my car. lol

I just bought the car with it like that (the Riviera), but I checked for any excessive play in the bearing and there wasn’t any so I’m not too worried about a sudden catastrophic failure but, damn, you can feel it grinding through the steering wheel.

Also I just noticed the tag and I’ve got to ask the meaning behind “anustart” because that’s honestly hilarious if I’m reading it right.
